Laurel Cinematic Arts and Creative Technologies is a Community School!

Laurel CACT is proud to be a Community School. This designation means we are more than just a place to learn, we are in the process of becoming a hub that brings together students, families, and community partners to support the whole child. As a community school, we aim to provide comprehensive resources and services that address academic, social, and emotional needs.

Being a designated community school allows us to offer expanded learning opportunities, health and wellness programs, family engagement initiatives, and access to vital social services right here on campus. This holistic approach helps create a safe, supportive environment where every student can thrive both inside and outside the classroom. However, this can only happen when we have the input of all of our interest-holders.

Through strong partnerships with local organizations and families, we will work together to build a vibrant, connected community that fosters student success and lifelong learning. We are in our Foundation Year, which means we need everyone's help to ensure that the foundation we build is strong.
